I loved the renovated rooms. Very spacious.

Bathroom was very small. (Although very nice).

The Holiday Inn is a great place to stay while in Steubenville. Moderately priced, clean and beautiful rooms, excellent location (2 minutes from the University). Will use Holiday Inn again.

Very clean and well kept. People at the front counter very helpful.

Pleasantly surprised that there was a swimming pool. There was a Damon's Restaurant at the hotel. The food was great, the waitress was very good and gave my 6 year old son attention with his food order. The room was clean and smoke free. ...read more

Absolutely nothing!

Overpriced.

This Holiday Inn was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The TV remote control didn't work. The phone did not work. There was a sliding glass door to the pool area. The lock on this door was rigged up somehow and it took two people to close the door and lock it. And lastly, the hallways smelled of mold and/or mildew. ...read more

The staff were friendly and very helpful.

There was a slight smoke odor on the linens and it was a non smoking room.

I was visiting a college with my daughter. This hotel was very convenient and the room service was good as well as reasonably priced and arrived to the room within 15 minutes.

I liked the affordability and convenience it had. I liked that it was quiet.

I wish the gym facilities were a little better

I loved staying at the Holiday Inn in Steubenville. It was very affordable and clean. I liked the staff and management of the hotel. I look forward to coming back in September.

Too expensive, the food in Damon's was expensive and of poor quality.

Hotel was nice, but way too expensive for Steubenville, Ohio. I had a four-star in Orlando for half the price. The food was awful and extremely expensive for breakfast in Damon's. Hostess was not very friendly. ...read more
